Often times, I would see coaches and graduate assistants dating student athletes. There is too many things that can happen.
If everyone is concenting adults, who really cares? I'm a 28 year old male graduate student and am far more interested in dating undergrads then women my own age.
It's a creepy attitude. Full disclosure, I was in grad school for library science, which meant that I didn't have to TA any undergrads, plus it was only for two years. Submit a new link. To be on the safe side, the guy can always ask someone else to grade your work too.

Looks like all those undergrads you've been "dating" have rubbed off on you figuratively as well as literally. Make sure you know your department's and your parent institution's policies as well as the underlying sensibilities--especially if you're attending a public institution in a state that takes an aggressive stance on issues of sexual harassment. So while you might not be doing anything wrong--the relationship is within policy--such a professor could plant a seed in a departmental meeting that bears bittersweet fruit for you down the line.
